{it’s a family thing}

Blue Barn Door was created at our kitchen table during a family meeting. We were deciding as a family how we would like to earn a little extra money and spend more time together. Little did we know, we would have so much fun doing something that we LOVE! We are a little company based out of Salina, KS. Corey is the metal artist, bird house creator, and junkin' machine. His creativity is inspiring. Megan is the painter, sign maker, and paper-pusher. The kids help out too! Gage loves to give us ideas, Jesslyn likes to help at our booths, and Maddix couldn't be happier than when he is helping to load and unload the trailer. That little guy has some big muscles! One of our favorite things to do as a family is "go junkin". Even the baby could say "junkin" when he was one. So, if you see us driving around and picking up something beside the dumpster, don't worry...we will make it into something extraordinary. Which also explains the piles of wood lying around on our property. Please excuse the mess should be our family motto.
